SHIPPING & RETURNS
Your order's processing time depends on how long it takes to make the item, and if any of the materials needs to be ordered. As Hey Dream is a very small business not all items, for example t-shirts, will be in stock and we need to order them before we can make the print and send the product to you. This means the processing times are a bit longer, but it also means that we don’t overproduce anything. Some orders can therefore take up to 2 weeks to process. You'll find more information about each product's expected processing time under the Shipping section on the product page. If the processing time will be longer than expected, I'll be in touch to let you know.
Orders are shipped using Posti, and the shipping price is based on the parcel's weight and size. The exact price will be calculated during checkout.

Parcels will have a tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is shipped. Orders containing only cards will be sent as letters and won't have a tracking number.
The shipping time is usually 1-14 business days, depending on where in Europe the order is shipped to.
Orders to mainland Finland usually take 1-3 business days from the day it is shipped.
At the moment we ship to Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
Local pick-ups or deliveries are available in Degerö/Laajasalo in Helsinki, Finland, and will be available from time to time in other areas. If you want to keep up with when and where this will be, check out our Facebook page, Instagram, or sign up to the newsletter.
Our advice is to order at least 4 weeks before you need the item. Most orders will reach you a lot faster than that, but sometimes it takes a bit longer for material to reach us from our suppliers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Normal items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
To make a return/exchange you have to get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item has to be returned within 14 days of notifying us. After this the sale is final and can no longer be returned or exchanged.

Once the item has been returned and checked, a refund will be made. The refund is for the price of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the item is not unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition, a full refund will not be made.
Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items are any item that you're able to customise, for example by putting a name, date, or own text on it.

IN CASE OF FAULTY PRODUCTS, OR PRODUCTS LOST OR DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING
If any of the items you recieve are faulty, or if they've gotten lost or damaged during shipping, get in touch as soon as possible to email@example.com, and we'll try our best to sort out any problems.
