Shipping & Returns


Your order's processing time depends on how long it takes to make the item, and if any material needs to be ordered in. As Hey Dream is a very small business, not all items will be in stock and we might need to order them before we can complete and send out your item(s). This means the processing times are a bit longer compared to other shops, but it also means that we don’t overproduce anything. Some orders can therefore take up to 2-3 weeks to process. You'll find more information about each product's expected processing time under the Shipping section on the product page. If the processing time will be longer than expected, we'll be in touch to let you know.

Our advice is to order at least 4 weeks before you need the item. Most orders will reach you faster than that, but sometimes it takes a bit longer for the material to reach us from our suppliers.
Orders are shipped using Posti, and the shipping price is based on the parcel's weight and size. The exact price will be calculated during checkout.

Parcels will have a tracking number which will be sent to you as soon as the parcel is shipped.


At the moment we ship to Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.

Standard Shipping


The shipping time is usually 1-14 business days, depending on where in Europe the order is shipped to. The shipping time is added on top of the processing time. The shipping time is based on Posti’s estimate, and can sometimes be longer.

Express Shipping


Express handling is available for mainland Finland. This means we will handle your order as soon as possible and aim to have it delivered to you within 14-18 days from the date the order is placed. The price of express handling is 19,00€-21,00€.

Local pick-up & local delivery


Local pick-ups or deliveries are available in Degerö/Laajasalo, Hertonäs/Herttoniemi, and Brändö/Kulosaari in Helsinki, Finland. The price for local delivery is 3€.

Returns & Exchanges


Most non-custom items can be returned or exchanged if they are unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

To make a return/exchange you must get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item, and the item must be returned within 14 days of notifying us. After 14 days the sale is final and can no longer be returned or exchanged.

To return or exchange something, e-mail us on with 

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Item you'd like to return/exchange

  • If you want to return or exchange the item, and in the latter case then what to exchange to

​The customer pays for return shipping.

Once the item has been returned and checked, a refund will be made. The refund is for the price of the item. Shipping costs are not refunded. If the item has been used or worn, is not in its original packaging, and/or not in a resellable condition, a full refund will not be made.

Customisable and custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom items are any item that you're able to customise, for example by adding a name, date, or own text on it, as well as special items you’ve contacted us for to be made.

Parcels not picked up by the recipient


If a parcel is not picked up by the recipient, and therefore sent back to us, we will not be refunding the shipping cost. The buyer will also be liable for any costs for the parcel being sent back to us. Custom items will not be refunded, even if they are returned to us. 

We will contact you if the parcel comes back to us, to figure out what you want us to do with the order. If you want us to resend the parcel to you, you will be charged the new shipping fee, and the parcel will be sent out once the invoice has been paid.

In case of faulty products, or products lost or damaged during shipping


If any of the items you receive are faulty, or if they've gotten lost or damaged during shipping, get in touch as soon as possible to, and we'll try our best to sort out any problems.
