  • Where do you ship to?
    We ship to most parts of the EU. Finland (including Åland), Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain.
  • How much is shipping?
    The shipping price depends on where the order is shipped to, and how big the parcel is. Finland: 5,90€-6,90€ Åland: 5,90€-11,90€ Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia: 6,15€-10,90€ Sweden, Denmark, Germany: 6,15€-19,90€ Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain: 6,15-21,90€ Read more about shipping here.
  • How long is the shipping time?
    The shipping time is usually 1-14 business days, depending on where in the EU the order is shipped to. Orders to mainland Finland usually take 1-3 business days from the day it is shipped.
  • Do you offer local delivery?
    We offer local delivery for Degerö/Laajasalo in Helsinki, Finland. From time to time we will also offer local delivery for other areas. Follow our Facebook page, Instagram, or sign up to our newsletter if you want to be updated on when and where these will be offered.
  • Can I pick up my order from you?
    No. At the moment it is not possible to pick up your order from us. The possibility can be discussed for larger custom orders, if needed.
  • Will I get a tracking number for my order?
    Yes. All orders get a tracking number when it is being shipped. You’ll find the tracking number in the shipping confirmation e-mail sent to you. If you can’t find the tracking number, get in touch and let us know your name, order number, and e-mail you used when ordering, and we will re-send the tracking number.
  • How do I place a custom order?
    Send us an e-mail at info@heydreamshop.com or contact us through this form and let us know what you’re looking for. You can contact us in Swedish, English or Finnish. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible, often within 24 hours, to let you know if it’s something we’d be able to make for you. We’ll discuss the product and design you want, and we’ll let you know what it would cost to order that product. When you’re happy with the product we’ll send you a short contract that outlines what we’ve discussed, your design, and some other important information. When the contract is signed we’ll send you an invoice for the order, and when the invoice is paid we’ll start working on your order.
  • I’d like to place a large (custom) order, can I do that?
    Yes! A larger order is usually a bit cheaper per product than if you order just a few pieces. However, the processing time might be a little bit longer as there’s only one person that handmakes every print.
  • How do I make all the personalisations for the items in the gift box?
    As soon as possible after you’ve placed an order for a gift box we will send you a link where you can make all your personalisations and choose all other options for the gift box.
  • I have an idea for a gift box I’d like, can you help me?
    Yes, we’d love to help! Get in touch and let us know what you’ve got in mind, and we’ll see if we can make it for you. Contacting us with questions or ideas doesn’t mean you have to commit to buying anything.
  • How long is the processing time?
    This depends on the product, and you’ll find an estimate for it on every product page. The processing time depends on where the base product is ordered from (we have some local distributors that we can pick up stock from quickly, and some that are further away and need to send the items to us), if we have the print colour you want in stock or if we need to order more, how many other orders we are making at the same time, and how many products are in your order. However, we try our best to get your order to you within a month.
  • How are the items made?
    Every print is cut out with a machine, and then the excess material is weeded away by hand. After this the print is transferred onto the item by hand, either with a heatpress (for textiles), or with transfer tape.
  • Can I return or exchange items?
    This depends on the item. Personalised items, such as things you can get your name or a date printed on, can’t be returned or exchanged as they can’t be resold. Items that are not personalised or custom made can usually be returned or exchanged if they are unused, undamaged and in resellable condition in its original packaging. The return or exchange has to be made within 14 days from receiving the order. You’ll find information about if the item can be returned or exchanged on the product page. A faulty item can always be returned.
  • I found something I like, but I’d like it in another colour or would like to make other changes, can I do that?
    In most cases that’s possible. Get in touch and let us know which product it is, and what changes you’d like to make, and we’ll see what we can do. In some cases it might make the price a little bit higher, depending on the changes you want to make. The item will be considered a custom order, which means it can’t be returned or exchanged, even if the original version can be.
  • Which payment options do you offer?
    Our payment processors are Wix payments: card payments Klarna: card payment, bank transfer, pay in 30 days (note that the invoice is sent immediately, but we’ll move the invoice date forward in case your order hasn’t been sent out within 30 days), and pay in installments (orders over 100€). Paypal Which options are available to you depends on which country you live in.
  • In what part of the production is my order at the moment?
    Unfortunately we don’t have a way to let you follow in what stage your order is at the moment. If you want to find out, get in touch and let us know your name, order number, and the e-mail address you used when you placed your order, and we're happy to let you know!
  • I’d like to do a collaboration, is that possible?
    While we’d love to hear from you if you have ideas for a collaboration, we don’t have the budget to do paid collaborations with for example influencers right now. But if you’re interested in maybe collaborating with us in the future, get in touch! At the moment we don’t do any design collaborations.
