Each item is printed just for you in our small home studio. We only order stock based on what you buy, which means less waste and no overproduction.

Our advice is to order at least 4 weeks before you need the item. Most orders will reach you faster than that, but sometimes it takes a bit longer for material to reach us from our suppliers, and that's why we can't always guarantee delivery faster than that.
The processing time is usually 2-3 weeks.

You can choose between standard shipping (from 5,90€), express handling (from 19€), and local delivery (from 3€). Which options that are available depends on where the order will be shipped to.
The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout, and depends on the size of the parcel, type of delivery, and where it is shipped to.
If a parcel is not picked up by the recipient, and therefore sent back to us, we will not be refunding the shipping cost. The buyer will also be liable for any costs for the parcel being sent back to us. Custom items will not be refunded, even if they are returned to us.
We will contact you if the parcel comes back to us, to figure out what you want us to do with the order. If you want us to resend the parcel to you, you will be charged the new shipping fee, and the parcel will be sent out once the invoice has been paid.
